Politique de remboursement
- The Customer has 30 days to return the unit from date of purchase. Airpura will issue a refund upon 30 days of receiving the returned product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Item must be undamaged, clean, and in sellable condition with all original packaging (box & protective foam pieces) , and manuals . Product must not have been used during renovations, to filter chemical gases, or to filter second hand smoke. Returns that do not satisfy these conditions will be refused and returned to sender
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & Serial Number.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable . It is advisable to insure your package prior to shipping as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- 25% Restocking fees will apply to regularly priced merchandise. All items will be subject to an inspection and applicable restocking fees will apply.
- To avoid restocking fees the customer must initiate return procedure within 10 days of receiving item to return the unit without damages (blemishes, scratches and dents) and must be in its original packaging untampered, with all items originally included by Airpura.
- Replacement filters, UV lights and pre-filters are not eligible for returns.
- To initiate a return, please send an email to: sales@airpura.com indicating your name, serial number and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and it must be clearly indicated on packaging.
